Liebherr wanted to modernise its health and safety training, until then delivered as slides, to improve engagement and retention on the plant's major risks.
Stakes
Co-design a complete VR module in two days, in step with the plant's real processes and with what the end users actually need.
My role
Running the two-day workshop: demonstrating VR training already built, defining the structure and the risk scenarios, prototyping live in Shapes XR, and writing the specification.
Outcome
A working prototype and a complete specification, ready to go into development.
