Software: Telemedicine — Designing a telemedicine platform
Context
Military medical services lack specialist surgeons on overseas operations; the French defence procurement agency wanted a way to guide doctors in the field remotely.
Stakes
Take the interfaces designed in the workshop all the way to a product tested in real conditions, on a tight budget.
My role
Finishing the interfaces after the workshop, writing the handover documentation (animations, interactions, features), coordinating with the developers, then following the user tests.
Outcome
A platform integrated and tested in real conditions, with a plan for continuous improvement drawn from user feedback.
