Workshop: framing needs and problems for Bosch — A scoping workshop for Bosch
Context
The Bosch plant in Rodez wants to digitise its training to make it more engaging and more versatile. When people leave, knowledge and know-how leave with them: that is a real problem for manufacturers, and digitising training is one answer — saving that knowledge before it walks out of the factory.
Stakes
Convince the organisation internally that VR is worth it, identify the real needs on the floor (quality, safety, production flow), and decide which training to digitise first.
My role
Full facilitation of the workshop: structuring the problems on Miro, running the exercises (personas, “how might we”, ROI assessment, fitting into the existing training path) — up to 13 participants, handled on my own.
Outcome
A detailed report and solid proposals, giving the client what they needed to convince their management and open the way to working together again.
